Village of Stewart Manor Zoning Board of Appeals, Notice of Public Hearing.
Notice is hereby given that a hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the
Incorporated Village of Stewart Manor, New York is scheduled for Monday, February
26, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Village of Stewart Manor, 120 Covert Avenue, Stewart
Manor, NY 11530 to hear the following request for a variance: The applicant, Mr. Patrick O’Halloran 100 Covert
Avenue is seeking a variance from 1) Section 200-52.B.(1)(a): Signs. The applicant is proposing to replace the front sign. The sign proposed is
94.68" long x 33.52" high. Village Code states that the maximum
permitted sign be no more than 24 inches in height and 20 feet in length. The
application(s) and accompanying exhibits are on file and may be inspected at
the Village Office during normal business days between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
If anyone needs special accommodations for a disability, such person should
contact the Village office at least 5 days before the hearing. At said
